Dr. Alexandra Cope
I support women in healing their hormone imbalances and reconnect with nature. I am a Naturopathic Doctor and use herbs, nutrition, and cyclical living as a guide. You are not alone if you have felt dismissed, in the dark, or know that something is off but told everything is fine. My goal is for you to know exactly where you are in your cycle, how to shift your lifestyle around your hormones (cyclical living), and for you to actually enjoy the changes that you see throughout the month instead of dreading them.
Dr. Cope takes you through the steps to become empowered in your femininity through learning the phases of your cycle, how to heal menstrual disharmony with herbs and nutrition, and how to maximise your productivity and health according to the moon and your menstrual cycle.
If you have suffered from infertility, lack of pleasure with sex, menopause, painful periods, or irregular cycles; and been put on hormonal contraception or felt unheard by your Doctor, Dr. Cope is your Doc.
